Responsible for all Information Services (IS) and Information Technology (IT) systems. Including Networking systems (all hardware, software and wiring), Telecommunications Services (Voice and Data), Surveillance Systems, Wireless (WiFi) systems, ERP systems, POS systems, and Document management systems. Responsible for all Server based and desktop based systems and applications. Responsible for all virtual systems, storage systems, backup and recovery processes. Planed, developed, implemented and maintained the IT systems for all technology systems including Infrastructure, support, and strategic planning. Develop short and long-term IT goals, plans and strategies. Perform project management: Defining projects, develop plans, provide systems analysis, build budgets, followed by and execution, testing and implementation. Responsible for analyzing and directing all IT related activities within the organization. Responsible for creating and managing the Operating Budget. Performed supervisory and management tasks for all IT staff and functions. Responsible for all Support Contractors and Vendors

Facilitate development and implementation of Information Technology systems and solutions for small and medium sized businesses. Manage new installations, migrations and system upgrades. Perform administration and support of client systems, networks and equipment. Establish web site strategies, develop web site and implement search engine optimization.

Plan, develop, implement and maintain the global information infrastructure and systems to support the company’s achievement of its mission and strategic and tactical goals, and provide leadership in the company’s utilization of information systems. Responsible for analyzing and directing all IT related activities within the organization with supervisory and management responsibilities for all IT staff and functions.

Responsible for all Information Services (IS) and Information Technology (IT). Member of senior management, advising on all IS/IT capabilities, processes and planning. Develop short and long-term IT plans and strategies for Puget Plastics Corporation. Perform full project management. Responsible for the Enterprise Wide MRP system as well as Server based and desktop based systems and applications. Responsible for all IT Related Operating and Capital Budgets. Management of Technical staff – Programming, Network Administration, Hardware and Software technicians as well as Support Contractors and Vendors.

Management of all computer operations staff, hardware, software, telephone systems, local area and wide area networks. Responsible for general and personnel administration. Developed and managed projects relating to: communications, networks and process improvements. Developed, implemented and maintained computer operations documentation, process scheduling and controls. Responsible for budget formulation and control. Prepare and present formal project requests. Provided user training for both Mainframe and PC based applications. Managed Help desk.

Responsible for the management of all computer operations hardware, software and personnel. Responsible for the Wide Area Network and the associated communications hardware and software. Responsible for departmental administration, including documentation, budget concerns, inventory control and process scheduling. Ensured that all computer operations processes and activities were completed successfully and on time. Assured the functionality and security of the Production Center.
