Personal Assistant To Vice Chairman
Current• Manage and coordinate regular project meeting with designer and consultants.• Manage the design change process.• Follow up the design consultants in order to have full design documentation issues within the design schedule and as per design brief requirement.• Prepare a work breakdown structure by breaking down the complete work into packages.• Validate the final BoQ and identify long-lead material and equipment.• Coordinate the submission of sample material and equipment from the supplier.• Review and manage the overall tender process (Pre-qualification, invitation, submission, analysis) then do the final tender evaluation and contract preparation.• Follow up the lists of main equipment/material order from the supplier and contractor.• Manage the contracts from issue to termination.• Propose the internal construction organization set up.• Follow up and review the weekly and monthly report of the project progress and relevant matters.• Regularly review apnd update the project master schedule, notify and relevant party that is in delay.• Assist the project manager in resolving any contractual disputes.• Coordinate the collection of all document such as as-built drawing, handover certificate, T&C report etc.• Take meeting minute and be as interpreter for VC in weekly meeting with key contractor/Hotel.• Review and double check all the related document before submit to Vice Chairman.• Prepare the letter as instruction from Vice Chairman and send it to the site.• Keep checking and review the material price list in the Market and find out more supplier
