- Analyze the leasing applicant’s credit situation and propose suitable credit line independently and systematically.- Develop independent credit reports detailing a lessee’s strengths, weaknesses and ability to repay as well as identify risks.- Comply with credit policies, standard and guidelines for credit assessment.- Interact with customers to obtain additional credit information to support credit decisions.- Work closely with the sales officers to complete tasks in stipulated time.- Able to give sound opinion to improve credit assessment process.- Perform other related duties as required.

- Develop and initiate strategies for lease portfolio growth at branch level- Prepare lease operating plan for branch level- Ensure lease portfolio quality at branch level- Ensure lease approval process to improve customer service- Monitor, support, and coach Lease Underwriter at branch to achieve target set- Monitor, support, and coach Asset & Property Control Officer to achieve target set- Monitor, support, and coach Dealer Relation & Sale Officer to achieve target set- Keep informed and up to date the branch market environment and competitors’ strategies- Closely work with subordinates to promote and sale leasing products- Lead communications amongst team at branch level to promote and increase teamwork culture for AMK working environment- Other tasks assigned by supervisor

- Prepare annual, monthly, weekly, daily plan- Monitor daily disbursement and collection- Review daily performance, clients, portfolio, and NPL- Review staff performance to take action staffs poor performance- Perform double field check to ensure lease quality before approve- Approve lease request with authorized lease size- Review lease request and submit to manager for upper level- Monitor, follow up and support staff to achieve target- Develop strategies for lease portfolio grow- Provide technical support, build staffs capacity and coaching to staffs- Ensure staff implement by policy and procedure - Build communication with existing clients, key mobilizer and dealer- Closely with subordinate to promote product to clients- Produce daily, monthly report to manager- Conduct regular meeting for update challenges and finding solutions- Other tasks assigned by supervisor

- Promotes products and services to existing andnew customers- Identify and assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment- Perform credit analysis based on credit principles and client protection policy- Collect and investigate documents and information for credit assessment- Conduct preliminary credit interview, site visit for collateral, due diligence, and property valuation- Prepare credit proposal and submit to Credit Committee for credit decision- Monitor existing loan accounts and conduct periodic credit review- Build and maintain good relationship with borrowing customers- Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status- Prepares loan report as required by supervisor and manager- Perform other duties as assigned
