After studying Business Economics and Linguistics at the University of California Santa Barbara, I spent several years in the Bay Area and Central Coast of California gaining a comprehensive professional background in sales and marketing as well as specialized advertising work experience in digital media, guerilla marketing, and brand promotions from global industry pioneers such as Clear Channel and Red Bull. After transitioning into multifamily housing in 2008, I advanced through various onsite student housing property management positions from leasing and marketing to supervisory roles. In 2010, I joined the company as an onsite Property Manager, then was promoted to the corporate office senior leadership team as Director of Sales & Marketing by 2011. I moved to Denver in 2012, trading my beloved beach life for a Rocky Mountains adventure, and have since become a Colorado enthusiast who enjoys the great outdoors and beautiful change of seasons. In 2020, the UCOMM property management company was sold to an international purpose-built student accommodations (PBSA) operator, Global Student Accommodation (GSA). In 2021, GSA and its various counterparts merged into one united global brand called Yugo.
