The VP of Strategic Initiatives partners seamlessly with the sales, marketing, and partner teams to help develop and execute strategic solutions for partners and customers. The role is also responsible for leading, building, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives teams and strategies to achieve operational objectives and growth in line with company vision and values. Responsible for the engineering operations, performance, and growth of Presidio's national business units.

With over 70 people dedicated to the business development, implementation and support of contact centers, Presidio has built a strong reputation for success. Capable of deploying complex contact center environments, including self-service IVR, speech technologies, custom software development, 3rd party software, and integrations to multiple ACD types, Presidio's Contact Center team is able to help our customers adopt new technologies and business processes to improve their businesses. As VP, I am responsible for the technical and financial success of this Presidio business unit.
