Project: Functional Analyst- New Client Web Application - Distribution Center Management-Engaged in fast-paced, agile work environment where the team created a brand new web application for the client. New functionality was built in two week sprints, with a client demo at the end of every sprint.-Responsible for maintaining and developing user stories and verifying that each story was built to meet the client and the application users’ needs-Responsible for identifying acceptance criteria for new user stories and designing how that criteria would be met from a functional perspective-Utilized Axure to design front end prototypes and wireframes of the new functionality- useful when presenting ideas/concepts to both the client and the dev-Worked closely with the Product Owner and the Dev team to create a high-performing new product that met client needs/improved performance of the client's tracking and reporting in the field-Constructed the following deliverables for each user story: Requirements Traceability Matrix, Functional Design Documentation, Wireframes, Test Scripts, Demo Scripts-Created test scripts for each new piece of functionality to test every possible scenario and expected outcome the user could engage in in the field-Identified, documented, and retested defects and bugs found after development-Developed a deep understanding of the application’s data structure and how it works in conjunction with the front-end functionality to create an overall intuitive and effective new interface for the client's distribution center visibility and management-Execute test scripts in the development environment and regression test in SIT and CAT environments- Leveraged Version One, Benthic (SQL querying), SharePoint, Axure, and Unix on a daily basis to track and complete tasks

Project Position: Application Engineer Analyst (Data Architecture and System Monitoring) | 10/2017 - 02/2019-Supported the Production environment of one of the client's largest customer-facing applications, including batch processing, monitoring system workflows, and data movement throughout the application-Leveraged application monitoring tools, such as Informatica, SolarWinds server and API monitoring, AppDynamics, ServiceNow, Benthic (SQL querying) and a custom operational graphical user interface (Ops GUI) to quickly identify back-end issues regarding data processing and movement of data through the data structure-Utilized Unix/Linux to kick-off application batch processing and workflows and conduct initial triage of Production performance issues-Provided 24/7 on-call monitoring support of application to ensure a high level of application performance and to provide immediate attention to processing failures outside of office hours-Supported application releases and patch deployments to the prod environment by shutting down the application and all the necessary processes prior to deployment and then bringing the system back up and running after deploy. -Provided updates to the client, management, and other involved teams of the status of the deployment and worked in conjunction with DMS Oracle and Unix teams. -Created weekly and monthly deliverables reporting on the performance of the application for the client-Supported high impact incidents in the Production environment (ex: node failures, hardware malfunction, halt to system processing), responsible for sending comms to client, other client teams, my team.

-Networked myself as the University Tees Campus Manager (CM) among various student groups and organizations at William & Mary-Personally closed 200+ deals with organizations generating $200,000 in sales by managing a full sales cycle-Exceeded sales goal of $30,000 by 53% in my first year as a CM and exceeded a goal of $50,000 by 25% in my second year-Selected to participate in an Elite CM program in my first and third year as a CM to provide insight and ideas to the marketing department through focus groups, assist with various projects from HQ, and compete in monthly inter-group competitions -Lead William & Mary to the top 13% of its University Tees' campus sales group (based off campus size) during my second year-Traveled to headquarters in Cleveland, OH for onsite training and collaboration with management and fellow CMs four times-Engaged in extensive prospecting, customer research, and follow-up campaigns to develop a significant and loyal customer base on campus
