It Desktop Support Engineer
Current• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support of end user infrastructure(hardware, software/Ios)including but not limited to windows laptops, Wyse virtual VPC,and other office technical equipment • Work Jointly with other IT verticals to remedy issue• Support both remote and onsite users with all software /hardware requests • Maintain IT ticketing system and standards using Cherwell• Manage and maintain hardware procurement and asset inventory for the company • Responsible for doing round ups to all floor for teams/Webex meeting rooms• Assist other Branches IT location team as needed.• Imaging VPC’s for new hires• Performs regular checking of compliance in Bitlocker for on-domain Laptops and Microsoft Intune for off work station Laptops
