My role is to plan, direct, manage, and coordinate commissary deliveries within the facility, supervising operations team members in receiving, staging, packing, and distributing Inmate Commissary Products. • Maintain client-facing communication daily to gauge customer satisfaction and take actions to improve performance.• Supervise, train, and manage operations team members in warehouse and facility services.•Ensure that contractual terms and policy guidelines and regulations are complied with by the team.

I oversaw garden center operations, ensuring that customers were provided with excellent service and that the goals of the company were achieved through sales and service.
