Video Expert Group is one of the design groups in TV Manufacturing R&D Department. This Group's main aim is to enhance video quality of Vestel TV's. All the bugs and performance issues related with the TV's image is under responsibility of Video Expert Group.On design stage, roughly these studies are carried out:Gamma calibration, Contrast Enhancement Algorithms, color (HSV), sharpness, Noise Reduction, ME/MC (Motion Estimation / Motion Compensation) studies • Video quality * Picture & Video Quality Studies over various SOC’s such as Mstar, Mediatek, NXP, Broadcom, Sunplus, Micronas, Trident and display related adjustments on LCD panels that have various resolutions from various vendors such as LG, Samsung, BOE, AUO etc..* Countless remote / on site support tasks, field trips for TV manufacturers* SW integration (core SW / PQ merge, update procedures, optimization)* Vestel picture engine (Pixellence) design, fine tune and maintenance* IPTV experience (including adequate technological background)* 3D TV experience, from the first debut of 3D stereoscopic displaying on TVs* UHD TV experience* Curved TV experience* HW / SW based standardization studies* Automated luma / chroma measurement tools* Color temperature compensation tools for production line* Gamma correction tools* Automatic color measuring system design with visual basic using Video pattern generator and measuring devices.* Video content editing and creation* Video / graphical content creation for demonstrations* Picture quality related pattern and video / graphical content creation* Video post-production, editing, conversion (Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas, etc.)* Coordination between divisions for video quality issues in every step from design to mass production stages* Customer Demonstrations for PQ experts, sales teams, executives, CEOs about all TV features.

Worked as a Hardware Engineer for 11 months. One low-end and one high-end TV mainboard design experience.Analyzing and solving HW bugs under test categories like safety, reliability, EMC and TV Performance.
