Started my professional career in Finance and had ten years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting & planning, and project management providing financial counseling to internal clients in order to support business operations and decision making process. In 2016, moved to Revenue Growth Management (RGM) role for Caucasus and Central Asia countries and led the identification of Regional revenue and profit pools, development of Opportunity maps, OBPPC architectures, and commercialization initiatives. In 2018, appointed as the Hydration Category Marketing Director for Turkey, Caucasus and Central Asia Business Unit in order to lead the category team to achieve business objectives through identification of regional growth opportunities, development of category strategies, and creation and implementation of global/regional/local marketing activities.After 12 years of corporate experience, in 2019, moved to a Turkish fashion brand as the General Manager in order to restage and grow the business while creating a globally known fashion brand that young talents in Turkey can develop and show their potential to the global fashion industry.
