I started my career as a permanent supervisor in a limestone quarry and strengthened my basic knowledge of mining operations during this period. With the experience I gained as a mineral processing engineer, I have specialized in all processes from extraction to processing of ore. Currently, I am working as a shift engineer responsible for production at Demir Export Erzurum/İspir Copper-Zinc Facility, where I ensure that the open pit mining activities of the enterprise are carried out effectively.I took on critical tasks such as strategic planning, effective use of resources and ensuring that production processes continued uninterrupted in order for the business to achieve its project goals. I have extensive knowledge of occupational health and safety; In cooperation with the OHS unit, I ensured that field operations were carried out safely by prioritizing employee safety. I have also developed and implemented various engineering solutions to minimize the environmental impacts of blasting activities.During my university years, I had the opportunity to turn my theoretical knowledge into practical applications by working as a "Technical Assistant". I acquired advanced theoretical knowledge in the field of mineral preparation and reinforced this knowledge with laboratory studies such as sampling and sieve analysis. I took an active role in various projects carried out by our university and improved my teamwork and project management skills. By working as an IT personnel during the summer periods, I also gained experience in the field of information technologies, and this experience further strengthened my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.I constantly renew myself to keep up with developing technology and industry trends. Additionally, I participated in the Google Management Certificate Program to improve my leadership and management skills. Thanks to this program, I learned modern management approaches and best practices and further improved myself in team management and strategic planning. In the future, as a distinguished ore processing engineer, I aim to make a difference in the sector and show continuous improvement with the knowledge and experience I have gained.
