Major deals:1. Lichtenstein Orchard- exclusively representing the Lichtenstein family that while signing a combination agreement and a selling agreement for 20 million NIS. Deal is expected to yield about 600 accommodation units at the scale of about 1,200 million NIS. Our office escorts the tax procedures, planning, the building and all the sales of the deal. 2. Shenkar Land Petah Tikva – exclusively representing Even Zohar Industry Ltd and Meshulam Levinstein construction and engineering Ltd, escorted the procedures of buying the land, the tax procedures and the transformation of the land into two offices and trade towers about 40 floors. 3. Acquisition group Kfar Saba – accompanied the establishment process of the group buying the land, banking and changing the designated use. In the future our office will escort the division of the units, building and selling.4. Acquisition group Herzliya – exclusively accompanies the Herzliya purchasing group establishing five ground floor houses: Organization of the group , buying the land at the price of about 7.5 million NIS, accompany of the recruitment procedure and banking, planning , building and selling the units at the scale of about 20 million NIS.5.
