I provided ongoing legal advice on labor law issues to the VP of Human Resources, the company's management, and CEOs across various companies. My role extended beyond legal counsel to cover a wide range of human resources topics, including welfare, training, salary, and benefits. I led and guided HR management processes and policies, developed procedures and instructions for managers, and managed labor law claims, representing the company in labor court. Additionally, I oversaw the company's work accident system, built personal employment contracts, supported recruitment efforts, and managed corporate responsibility and work terminations. I also developed retirement plans, negotiated with workers' committees and the Histadrut, managed disability cases, and served as the Commissioner for the prevention of sexual harassment, providing training and workshops on the subject.
