Key responsibilities:• Responsible for full project life cycle from inception through to go-live. These range from simple standalone deployments through to complex integrations and infrastructure rollouts, across Poker, Casino and Bingo systems.•Responsible for all aspects of project management including: facilitating analysis and design workshops, stakeholder management, issues/risks management, regular status reporting for senior and executive managers, handling and coordinating client change requests, managing defect resolution.•Responsible for managing several concurrent projects across multiple licensees at any one point in time.•Responsible for agreeing project time scales and deadlines with clients; planning project time, people, finance and associated resources to satisfy requirements; agreeing and delegating project activity and managing ongoing adherence to the plan.•Providing leadership, motivation and direction to a multifaceted team across offices in Tel Aviv, Manila, Bulgaria and Estonia.•Maintaining liaison with project team, suppliers, and customers. Provides a single point of contact for all client project enquiries. Works closely with project teams from the licensee (Project Managers, Analysis, Technical and Test) to deliver the required product within the required timescales.

•Responsible for a team of system and network administrators and IT Help Desk for IKEA’s IT systems (including ERP, Exchange, CRM)•Lead the IT Department for eight months whilst the IT Manager was on maternity leave•Liaised with other IKEA IT Departments from all over the world, attending global conferences on Global IT strategy •Responsible for managing the IT Department budget (3-4million NIS) and IKEA Israel IT procurement and supplier management•Managed all IT projects, including the rollout of new systems, from inception through to release, and support•Responsible for the IT training programme, for all levels within the company from junior to executive; also ran a number of training courses for MS-Project and the IKEA ERP and CRM systems•Key system super-user for the IKEA ERP platform in Israel, responsible for system performance, analysing development requests and prioritising with the business owners, coordinating new versions and releases•Responsible for making and deploying local database changes
