Keren has been a media and technology innovator for the past thirty years. She has assembled world-class teams to deliver technology and content that enriches communities and has a positive impact. She is an award-winning documentary producer, best-selling author, speaker and strategist who has been a thought leader and business operator in Australia, Vietnam and the United States.Past credits include the award for Best Entertainment Website, at the Chicago International Film Festival, for an online documentary about the history of techno music. She co-founded a non-profit to help regional communities share fire warning information, and has been active in the sustainability and environment movements in Australia.Keren was one of the early internet pioneers, co-founding one of Melbourne’s first ISPs. As a media school graduate she’s been committed to public radio station 3RRRFM, hosting a weekly technology talk show, Byte Into It, for 15 years.Prior to launching her career in digital media she wrote a guidebook titled Camping and Tramping in Australia's National Parks (Random House) that sold over 25,000 copies and was reprinted five times.
