Electro Surface Technologies provides electronics for San Diego engineering firms as they test out different models and make selections to go to production. I managed their Documenation Office and supervised staff. I also managed Stockroom and supervised staff. The biggest challenge and best experience was to prepare and passed ISO certification. Both departments I managed did not have any issues during the ISO audit.
