I write, edit and manage the content (reviews, listings, interviews) for a thriving London-based arts and culture website covering events from West-End theatre to niche art exhibitions.

I undertook a diverse and varied range of roles within my time at Accenture and my most recent position was within the Corporate Citizenship team. Here, I worked as Project Co-ordinator on the redesign of the global Skills to Succeed Academy, an online training programme designed to support, train and inspire disadvantaged young job-seekers. I liaised between the production team, design team and global Corporate Citizenship leads to create and test an updated, fresh and dynamic programme. I additionally led a sub-project of the Academy that used Artificial Intelligence to read participants' emotions and deliver feedback on their interview skills. This involved intensive analysis and testing as I managed the relationship between the offshore team in India and our beneficiaries in London. I have vast experience in working remotely and independently with global teams and clients at all levels of seniority. Prior to this role, my client was a major UK television station where I enthusiastically lead the Content Management and Process Improvement initiatives. I dealt with key stakeholders and adapted to complex situations to resolve issues with current processes within the account. I also worked on a Global Financial Services Account within its Network Transformation Programme to manage the programme audit across all global regions. I was responsible for devising strategies to investigate further benefits savings within the account amounting to > £1.2m.

Created and maintained the Plymouth International Education Website and newsletter to promote the work of the department and reveal the wealth of international opportunities available to schools in the area.
