Implemented strategy content/skills in science lessons on a weekly basis. Assessed students on their mastery of strategy content/skills and reported information in Cluster meetings. Evaluated four times each academic year (two more times a year than non-TAP schools) and participated in post-evaluation conferences with evaluator.
