Keri is a dynamic and motivated professional with a proven record in supporting designers as they manage projects and all the logistics involved. Prior to starting the Collective she was the Director of Operations for a full service interior design firm, and is intimately familiar with all of the pieces needed to help the business and the designers thrive. Her passion lies in collaborating with the design community to foster their business growth, bolster their self-assurance, and propel them towards greater achievements. She knows that this community has given her the courage to try something new and she’s eager to offer that support back.

I currently serve as the Talent Manager in which I oversee our Recruiting/Onboarding/Offboarding, Training and Development Programs, Performance Management and Employee Engagement for our 25+ consultant practice. In short, my passion is to ensure people are happy and engaged resulting in accomplishments for both the organization and people. Prior to my role change, I have extensive experience in Project Management with specialties in change management, engagement management and people management. I served major telecom clients and led teams of 10+ business analysts who executed margin audits resulting in over $30 million in increased revenue and decreased expenses, which directly impacted the client’s financial state.

Performed duties related to casting for Home and Garden TV productions: Bang for your Buck; New Spaces; Christmas Across America; My First Place; If Walls Could Talk; and Generation Renovation. Prepared casting calls and press releases, communicating with various media branches in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Researched and interviewed prospective talent, developed potential storylines, prepared and pitched ideas to HGTV decision-makers. Also, coordinated and scheduled timelines of video shoots. Routinely developed pitch presentations before there deadlines, consistently exceeding expectations in the number of high-quality options presented.

Developed and implemented canvassing techniques that targeted larger businesses, coordinating presentations to maximize exposure. Showed initiative by successfully up-selling memberships by 30%.
