•Manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including implementation, charter development, goal achievement and monitoring engagement• Support various diversity and inclusion projects designed to increase awareness of diversity initiatives •Plan, develop and implement long and short-range outreach goals and objectives•Provide overall project management and coordination of diversity and inclusion efforts including project plans, schedules and budgets• Strategize best practices for understanding DEI and how it relates to the transit industry• Develop and implement plans and programs that foster an inclusive work environment, which includes distributing and analyzing surveys to understand employee engagement and cultural competence
