As a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Federal Technology practice I work with public sector organizations, including the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian agencies, healthcare providers, and state and local governments, leading technology transformation intiatives. I am responsible for leading the team in establishing and operating the necessary project management processes and governance to ensure the success of the program. This includes overseeing change and configuration control, scope, schedule, risk and issue management as well as Earned Value Management (EVM). I am responsible for all aspects of project management including tracking project financials and managing deliverable quality, scope and schedule.
