I lead the talent acquisition strategy and process, for one of the largest and most progressive credit unions in the nation. I leverage my skills by communicating to attract, engage, and retain diverse and qualified talent, as well as to provide insights and recommendations to improve HR performance and efficiency. I am motivated by the mission and vision of Redstone FCU, which is to enhance the lives of our members and communities through sound financial advice and solutions.
