• Overall management of the operations of both our Apprenticeship and Commercial delivery, to ensure we meet the requirements of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and the ESFA• Work in partnership with employers to ensure their training needs are being met and provide opportunities to develop their workforce• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes in order to drive continuous improvements throughout the organisation ensuring learners are right for programme, enjoy and benefit from their learning journey, go through EPA and achieve their desired outcome • Act as Deputy Ofsted Nominee and the first point of contact for the ESFA, End Point Assessment organisations and other stakeholders • Manage all claims according to the finding regulations; comply with audit and reconcile internally• Identifying risks including; non-achievement, budget overspend, resourcing and seeking suitable solutions to mitigate• Effective account management with levy employers, with customer service as the main focus

Utility Training Limited is a main sub-contractor to Watertrain Limited for the delivery the NVQ elements of the Level 2 and Level 3 in The Water Industry apprenticeship frameworks as well as a range of standalone qualifications.
