As an Instructional Supervisor at Lakeland School System, I am passionate about enhancing the quality and effectiveness of education for students and teachers. With a Master's of Science in Educational Leadership and over 10 years of experience in the education field, I have developed strong skills in data analysis, leadership, and professional development. In my current role, I work with the district leadership team to design, implement, and evaluate instructional programs and curricula based on data-driven decisions and best practices. I also collaborate with school principals and teachers to provide coaching, feedback, and support on instructional strategies, differentiation, and assessment. In my previous role as an RTI Coach at Germantown Municipal School District, I contributed to the improvement of student achievement and growth by facilitating the Response to Intervention process and providing interventions for struggling learners. I am motivated by the mission of creating equitable and innovative learning opportunities for all students and empowering educators to reach their full potential.
