At DVC, I have had the opportunity to work with an array of clients ranging from large corporations and beloved Tampa institutions, to small businesses as well as individuals.Starting in 2005, I was an integral role in developing the DocuSource brand, its mission, workflows, training, and quality control involved in nearly every aspect of the business. My primary roles included lead graphic designer, customer service representative, sales account manager, and IT specialist duties included improving workflows, assisting in numerous aspects within the high volume print environment. Essential in developing the reputation as Tampa’s leading quality print production centers, with repeated business from approximately 1,600 companies, print brokers, design firms, and individuals. As an integral part of the transition from print company to marketing firm. Assisted in re-branding to DVC with a change in ownership, direction, and service focus in 2011 DVC grew by 223% while acquiring many new clients, and assets, including Crossline Marketing, Impressive Printing, HOA Publishers, and a Tampa location of the Signs Now franchise companies. Clients included; Crisper's Restaurants, Lazy Days RV Center, Moffitt Cancer Center, USF

In addition to having numerous roles in the design industry on multiple occasions, I also had the distinction of holding the simultaneous duty of being the exclusive on-site IT manager to maintain, improve, troubleshoot and fix all aspects of multiple complex printing environment networks, computers, and phone systems.Responsibilities and experience included:Networking solutions, training, server management, backup systems and solutions, private remote connections, data management policies, systems and structures, Ethernet and PBX wiring, maintain and trouble shoot multiple computers on multiple platforms, offset press plate maker systems, digital presses, multi-function printers and copiers, employee and customer WiFi networks.

As an on-site contracted designer I was brought in to assist in the graphic production of their largest client and project the BIC Graphic USA 2005 product catalog. Also created product pages for a new product line launch catalog.I also designed smaller projects for clients on an as needed basis, maintaining the quality level expectation for new and existing Full Circle clientele.
