About Keri Jehle
I could never have envisioned the career I’ve had up to this point in time. I’m not sure where I thought I’d end up, but it wasn’t working at a technology startup that went public, facilitating a Joint Venture in China, or driving an agile transformation inside a 100+ year old bank! I wouldn’t change a thing. My career has been highlighted by unique experiences that I never expected, but that have been amazing. I think the key to my success so far has been finding companies that I can learn and grow within, allowing me to prove myself with recognized results and opening up these opportunities.I have a passion for building and leading high-performing teams that are enjoyable to be a part of, both cross-functional teams and hierarchical. I truly believe that strong and healthy teams are most effective, and deliver results more efficiently. My favorite catch phrase is “Go Team!” (I also have a passion for catch phrases…)I am an enthusiastic problem-solver that seeks to understand the problem and who it really impacts, and then collaborate on solutions that solve the problem in a meaningful way.
