Provides leadership to Amplified Digital, Madison.com and Wiscnews.com which are owned by The Cap Times and Lee Enterprises. Responsibilities include digital sales, digital creative, digital support, and advertising sales team. Creates a sense of direction, strategy, teamwork and motivation through planning, training and development of the sales staff to achieve departmental and company goals. Has responsibility for the digital performance in the Madison area and also outer markets of the SBU, including Portage and Beaver Dam.In addition to her responsibilities in Madison, Kerin also works collaboratively with Lee Enterprises' Digital Team regarding strategy and implementation for other properties.

Responsible for the online implementation, training, budget and goals for sales reps and support staff. Work closely with the Online Technical team for implementation and other department leads to provide new advertising options. Continue to build the brand and success of Amplified Digital, Capital Newspapers' Digital Agency that was created in 2012. Work with Lee Enterprises to strategically create and then roll out products in other markets. Additionally, consistently work with and evaluate multiple vendors so that we continue to be a leader in the digital space.

Responsible for the online implementation, training, budget and goals for over 30 sales reps and support staff. Work closely with Online Technical team for implementation and other department leads to provide new advertising options for our clients. Continue to build the brand and success of Sunfire Digital, a new division of Capital Newspapers created in 2012. Work with Lee Enterprises to strategically create and then rollout products in other markets. Consistently work with our vendors Centro, Yahoo!, Monster, Carsoup.com, Shoutlet, Second Street, MobileIgniter and others to bring additional products and knowledge to the sales floor.

Responsible for print and online employment advertising for Capital Newspapers. Have the responsibility of overseeing the Real Estate and Automotive online classified verticals. In addition, provide direction to the employment team ensuring team members provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.

Serve as one of the primary sales representatives for Capital Newspaper's web site, madison.com. Also works closely with print staff identifying opportunities and selling online products. Also perform other duties to support the growth of Capital Newspaper's overall online effort.

Responsible for the solicitation and sale of advertisements on cable television networks to meet established sales goals. Develop and maintain solid client relationships for continued sales growth.
