During my internship at “Learning 4 Life Farm” I secured sponsors for the nonprofit’s fundraiser open house event. I wrote and edited grants and sponsorship request letters along with data entry.Also, while working with youth, ages fourteen through twenty one on the autism spectrum.

At Heartland Bank I developed and grew customer relationships through financial transactions with customers. Assisted the team in reaching established production, cross sells and operational goals, while maintaining and balancing cash supply.

I worked at Target for 4 years assessing customers' needs and directed them to the accurate product.I reviewed the Style department’s weekly sales and monitored price changes. Also, effectively displayed merchandise to meet the standards of the most recent visual merchandising guide the company sent.At Target I helped the human resources department. I prepared payroll for processing, reviewed applicants resume based on qualifications and store needs. I helped contribute to a positive work environment at Target.

I managed administrative tasks and community development. Led meetings and trainings to promote individual and group development. Also, I planned and executed community wide events, while I served as positive role model for a diverse group of individuals.
