About Keri Tully
I have over 25 years of experience in education as well as 12 years of experience in coaching and supporting adults. Most recently I served as the Program Director for Ravenswood Classroom Partners, a non-profit dedicated to improving educational outcomes for local students in an under-resourced school district. As the first paid employee, I helped to build and grow the organization, ultimately leading over 200 weekly classroom volunteers throughout the district with a focus on high-impact literacy support for students, end-to-end volunteer training, support, and extensive continuing education. I have served in the highest leadership roles on four educational boards, focusing on all elements of annual fund campaigns and targeted educational services. I am CLAD certified and California credentialed in elementary education. Throughout my career, I have looked for ways to impact lives in a meaningful way. I joined Teach for America in it’s charter year, continued on to Columbia University Teachers College to earn an M.A. in Education, and taught at schools as diverse as the United Nations Preschool in New York City, P.S. 3 in the West Village of New York City, and in Hawthorne School District, Los Angeles, a district where most students are supported by AFDC.
