Designed and implemented all volunteer training and programs, recruitment and placement of new volunteers and retention of existing volunteers, on-going training for all volunteers in literacy and math support as well as continued support for classroom teachers in best practices for volunteer use. I was responsible for both internal and external volunteer communication, marketing and surveys, and management of over 200 ASM volunteers and site directors within the Ravenswood City School District. I worked closely with district administration, principals and teaching staff on six campuses to ensure optimal support for students in grades TK (transitional kindergarten) to 5th throughout the Ravenswood City School District.

All Students Matter is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing small-group and 1:1 volunteer support to TK-5th grade students in the Ravenswood School District in East Palo Alto and East Menlo Park. In addition to weekly work with students in kindergarten and first grade, I provide on-going training and support to in-class volunteers on the Cesar Chavez Academy and Los Robles Dual Immersion Academy campuses and work with a team to recruit and place volunteers. The Foundation for the Future raises funds for Menlo-Atherton High School to support student learning and services. M-A High School serves just over 2,000 students. The student body reflects the area's wide range of social, economic, cultural, and educational diversity. In 2014-15, the Foundation has committed to raising $2.2 million and will contribute over 11% of the school budget. Foundation money supports smaller class sizes, strong and broad curriculum, college and career success, excellent teachers, and critical programming. The Las Lomitas League is a volunteer run non-profit which organizes after school sports and classes at Las Lomitas and La Entrada School. Las Lomitas Education Foundation

The Las Lomitas Education Foundation is a 501(c)3 with the sole purpose of raising money to support excellent education at Las Lomitas and La Entrada schools. At the Foundation, I designed and implemented several successful programs including an Education Campaign. Under my leadership, the Annual Giving Campaign increased dollar donations by 47% and parent participation by 16%.
