• Selection and planning of international vehicle models’ developments to maximize international market share coverage.• Establishment and monitoring of KPIs for the development of international models.• Mediator among models’ development technicians, management, and final countries’ clients. • Support of each models’ development project, during its planning, development and delivery throughout the whole commercial life of the models.• Support in internal guidelines applicability, manuals and processes related to the development and delivery of models, to final clients and employees.• Contribution of ideas and support for continuous improvement, projects and innovation in models’ development management and delivery processes.• Repair Tips international management and delivery.• Teaching new joiners in Service Delivery tasks.• Culture and knowledge transfer transitions in company (whole departments and new companies inside the holding): Learning; creating procedures, planning, manuals and guidelines; teaching, guiding and supervising new joiners and current employees till operationalize.

• Development of the raw data to feed the software to assess damages in automobiles, motorcycles and industrial vehicles:- Codification of the vehicle parts, with manufacturers’ references and prices. - Calculation and coding of repair times (mechanical, electrical, sheet and paint) and disassembly and assembly of parts.- Handling and coding 2D and 3D graphics with the breakdowns of the different areas of the vehicle.- Link in final product the three databases (graphics, parts and times).• Coding of equipment and vehicle identification numbers (VIN).• Teaching and evaluation of new joiners on models’ development processes.

• Packaging of medicines following up the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs): handling of pharmaceutical products, opening and closing of packaging orders, quality control and packaging conditions.• Changes in set-up in packaging machinery lines.• Maintenance and repairs in packaging machinery lines. • Experience in lines: Bosch, Hoppmann, IMA, Marchesini, Pester, Uhlmann and Volpack.• Presentations to the management team on packaging status, implementation of new packaging processes, and quality in packaging areas.

• Sporadic freelance as a vehicles’ expert, doing estimations & appraisal of automobiles.

• Manufacturing and controlling parts of automobile exhaust systems using: machine tools (metal cutters, presses, flares and welding machines), and various calibers.

• Estimation and appraisal of damaged automobiles. • Customer service: reception and delivery of automobiles.• Management of multi-brand car workshop spare parts warehouse flow.
