- Responsibility of building, implementing and optimizing marketing automations, data collection, tracking and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment).- Leading projects to expand the technical infrastructure for data-driven marketing (server-side tracking, in-house conversion optimization software for AB testing and personalizations)- Management of projects for the new and further development of the marketing website with several million visitors (Headless CMS, React/Gatsby, NodeJS, MongoDB)- In-house consulting for technical questions regarding segmentation, tracking and technical solutions (web development, interfaces, etc.)- Performance improvement and process optimization by identifying bottlenecks and minimizing feedback loops- Helping understanding potential issues and estimating their impact and priority- Ensuring maintainability as well as scalability of the projects- Supporting the design and implementation of AB Tests & Personalizations- Regularly set and evaluate team goals to ensure alignment with the product and marketing roadmap
