"As an enthusiastic learner, I have a diverse skill set including:CAD Design: Creating precise and innovative designs using different CAD systems. (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, OnShape)Metrology: Experienced in measuring with and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and portable CMMs. (using PC-DMIS, PolyWorks)Quality Methods: Well-versed in various measuring tools and quality improvement techniques.These skills can help me to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems, ultimately enhancing product quality and process efficiency.My journey began with industrial and product design using SolidWorks and Fusion 360 in Hungary. Subsequently, I expanded my knowledge through specialized training in the UK:CMM and Portable CMM Measuring: I mastered tools like the Faro/Romer Arm with PolyWorks and CAM2 software, as well as CreaForm’s MetraScan system. Additionally, I gained expertise in offline programming of CNC CMMs using PC-Dmis.Nondestructive Testing: I honed my skills in dye penetrant inspection.Quality Enhancement: I actively contributed to 8D and Process FMEA teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Currently, I’m engaged in a project toward achieving my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.As a "weekend" software developer, I am actively involved in the development of various software for small to medium sized businesses including ERP, MRP systems and blockchain solutions.
