He had worked with both investors in treaty-based disputes and businesses in commercial litigations and arbitrations involving contracts, joint ventures, construction and other commercial matters.He had also experienced with non-litigations practice involving Project Financing, Syndicated loans, and other Capital district businesses such as PE, M&A etc.He's currently focusing on the development and management of the brand hotels and international schools in the US. Also merged a medical device company and being its President and CEO.
