In my previous job, I have worked with various software such as Tempest, Unit 4, QuickBooks, Ultipro, Peachtree, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint) to calculate and fix Reconciliation errors in the payroll system. Some of my achievements so far are building strong relationships within the company both locally and internationally. I have always created an exceptional experience for outbound customers by using professional customer service techniques, personalizing, and focusing on adding value to a call.
