That's one of the great things about her, how present she is and how willing she is to be there for her team. She roots for her subordinates because she understands that the team's success is her success. And knowing that about her made me want to be the best employee for her. Kerri has high integrity and I really feel that when working for her. Also, with her experience in magazine design, she excels at meeting a deadline. I never knew her to miss one. Kerri is a huge people-person. She is a natural at networking and I don't think I've ever met anyone who was as loved by so many as Kerri. It's hard to describe, but I think because she makes everyone feel seen, heard, and valued, she not only sets a positive example but is just a likeable human being! Kerri is also one of the most thoughtful coworkers I have ever had. I remember she once gave me a greeting card to congratulate me on my choral performance. She just knew it was my personal project and wanted to support me. Honestly I can't stress enough how Kerri's influence has benefitted our entire design team. Kerri is the unofficial liason from the design team to all the other departments in Marketing. Her relationship building skills and positive mindset are a huge advantage to us, as I imagine they would be for any team.
