Lead daily office operations for 100-acre memorial park that is home to 33,000 individuals. Support family service counselors and sales manager to ensure that family’s needs as well as their loved ones needs and final requests are met. Supervise administrative staff to provide families with a meaningful, and honorable experience while in our park. Partner with grounds crew to keep our park in pristine condition as we honor the legacy of each family. Responsible for running and reconciling all month-end reports including merchandise and services, contract payments and financing, delinquent accounts and property inventory so that money can flow between trusted accounts ensuring a smooth flow of regulated money which keeps the organization compliant with state and federal regulations. Work with families to execute and notarize legal documents that allow the heirship of property within families as well as the transfer of property to other individuals and organizations allowing families to use their property as they wish while maintaining cemetery guidelines and legal compliance. Partner with outside vendors to order and approve merchandise (memorials, urns, final date scrolls, trees of remembrance, niche plaques, crypt lettering) as well as supporting families with their orders via proof changes, proof approvals, finished merchandise inspection and approval, and installation so that families receive their merchandise undamaged and in a timely manner giving them peace of mind and closure.
