I am currently completing a PhD within Ulster University Business School. My area of research includes choice architecture, nudging, and health. I have experience within NPD, nutrition, consumer law, and food marketing.I have a graduated with a First Class Hons degree in Consumer Management and Food Innovation, along with the EDGE award. During this time I completed a placement year at Moy Park where I was working within the technical department handling consumer and food safety complaints.I enjoy playing golf in my free time, along with socialising with family and friends.
