Senior project lead for the development of the Digital Twin Victoria Platform, a 3D spatial platform for all Victoria. My role includes leading data integration and project management tasks to successfully deliver and maintain the Digital Twin Victoria Platform (vic.digitaltwin.terria.io). Project management consists of leading requirement facilitation, platform development and integration releases, and building innovation within the Digital Twin Victoria platform. I manage the end to end delivery of multiple projects to deliver new data, features or functions in the Cesium platform that often require the facilitation of data procurements and data sharing agreements across Victorian government agencies as well as assisting 3D, BIM and utilities innovations for better decision making outcomes for Victorians.

Lead Business Analyst for Melbourne Water's GIS Renewal Program aiming to transform the business from MapInfo to ESRI's spatial platform. This work included gathering and documenting 64 business wide spatial processes, conducting over 80 requirement gathering workshops, building a requirements catalogue with over 1000 prioritized business requirements, developing the overall transformation approach strategy and assisting with user experience and persona profiling.
