I graduated from Newcastle University in 2022 with a degree in Animal Science. But life had other plans, and I found myself diving headfirst into the exciting world of gaming.Since then, I’ve been lucky to work with some incredibly talented and passionate people, helping them find their next big challenge and dream job in the gaming industry.During this time, I mapped out a new discipline within the first few months of being in recruitment, particularly in Marketing and Publishing. I’ve built and nurtured strong relationships with clients and candidates, really getting to know their needs. Along the way, I’ve also helped assemble marketing, publishing, and product teams for various studios around the world.For me, this work is about much more than just a job, it’s about people’s lives and careers at the end of the day.
