This is an extremely diverse position which has given me so much opportunity for growth. Launching our new website and troubleshooting challenges along the way has been a huge opportunity to learn and develop new skills. The combination of front and back end development that we undertake alongside promotional and marketing content keeps this post fresh and exciting. No two days are the same, and the eclectic skills I’ve developed over my career serve me well at Lunn’s. As a member of the E-Comm team our priorities are to provide a seamless user experience, whilst driving sales and increasing customer engagement. This is something that we have achieved with the launch of Lunns.com in July 2023 and will continue to improve over the coming years.

- My international debut with Made In Manchester was in 2019. Working alongside the team, we produced a piece for DW exploring how Brexit had been inspiring local musicians along the Irish border. - Supported the team as they have launched several different podcasts including: Distinct Nostalgia, Bisexual Brunch and Life Matters. - Worked on other projects developing my interview, presentation and production skills. - Gained experience in audience analytics, generating SEO friendly content - > Continuing to develop both professionally and personally alongside this wonderfully creative and diverse team!

- Customer facing role; consolidated interpersonal skills- Translation of content for the Marketing/PR department (Spanish > English)- Edited website content for English / Spanish webpages- Managed reservations, invoices, payments & general administration activities

- Problem solving; adapting to situations and providing fast-thinking solutions - Managed social media accounts/website content; sourcing/taking images - Producing copy for social media / client packs - Directly involved in sales; liaised with potential clients - Worked on invoicing; advising clients how to work within their budget; understanding and adapting to client's unique needs/ requests - Liaised with providers and venues as well as managing staff - Writing tenders / bids to win venue exclusivity

- Acted as key holder - Perfected customer service and sales skills- Worked with daily targets of ATVs and KPIs- Carried out visual merchandising for a selection of brands, as well as having specific brands which I served as store ambassador for. (Ensuring that displays were aesthetically pleasing and pristine; required close monitoring of stock levels, including dealing with deliveries, managing new arrivals and organising seasonal sale products.)

- Taught children from age 4 – 11- Helped to prepare lessons- Developed activities to introduce children to the English language in a fun, engaging manner - Supported the staff with their own English language journeys; help to solve any of their queries - Attended trips and activities relevant to the curriculum and networked with fellow teaching staff from other schools or institutions
