I’m a licensed master social worker (LMSW), a yoga and meditation teacher, reiki master, and coach.I help busy people navigate change, manage stress and overwhelm, reclaim their time and energy, and live in alignment with their purpose.I’ve been teaching hatha, Yin, and restorative yoga for three years and practicing for 24 years. I have studied with and learned from Wesley Pilcher, Kayce Johnson, Rena Wren, Lisa Danylchuk, Hala Khouri, Ashley Turner, Jivana Heyman, Dianne Bondy and Amber Karnes. I graduated from 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020 and 300 hour training in 2021. I have received additional certification in Yin and trauma-informed yoga. I am also a licensed master social worker (LMSW) trained in EMDR, DBT, and Reiki.My mission is to help you show up in every area of your life with compassion, clarity, courage, and connection.
