Kerri's range of qualifications include an Honours Degree in Organisational Psychology, a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Psychology and Corporate Communications. She holds a Licentiate Diploma in Speech, Drama and Oral Communication from the Trinity College, London, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) as well as a Diploma of Management (BSB501.) Kerri is a facilitator who uses licenced Simulations, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and Gamestorming. These powerful resources are powerful elicitation devices that generate authentic conversation. She is a skilled graphic facilitator and uses visual anchors during workshops to keep track of dialogue and decisions. Having worked in the UK, Africa and Australia, Kerri has designed and facilitated workshops and conference sessions for Australian and internationally recognised brands.
