I supported a caseload of individuals with various developmental disabilities in achieving their employment and volunteer goals. Through professional and personal development workshops I was able to get to know each individual and what it means to them to achieve meaningful employment in their community. Coordinated the needs of over 250 volunteers throughout Edmonton, Grande Prairie and Calgary. This included the recruitment, interviewing, training and support of volunteers as well as their placement in various roles and their recognition.
