I am responsible for scheduling tasks for 5 of my coworkers, making sure every part of the workflow is covered throughout the day. I liaise with Harvard's Imaging Services and outside vendors to accomplish tasks ranging from digitization to parts replacement to book rebinding.
I analyzed and prepared materials for digitization by examining metadata, chopping books, and then scanning the paper on a high speed scanner. Post-scan, I ensured materials were then properly stored for shipment out of the library to underground vaults.
