The purpose of this role is to lead, coach, mentor and develop our team to deliver quality customer service and achieve business objectives and to enhance working relationships with the Motor Vehicle Repairer and Home Repairer/Supplier Networks.

Responsible for the coordination of insurance claims and liaising with various parties to the Building and Insurance Contract and Claim including Loss Adjusters, Claim Preparers, Brokers, Clients and Property Owners.
