This journey culminated in the successful attainment of a 2:1 Degree in Business with Management—a testament to my dedication to learning and growth.My journey into the professional world began during my university years when I balanced academics with a part-time role at Tesco. This experience not only honed my multitasking abilities but also provided a first hand glimpse into the dynamic world of retail.Following graduation, I took on a pivotal role as a Fulfilment Shift Leader at Tesco, a position that thrust me into the frontline during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic. This experience was both humbling and rewarding, as I had the privilege of contributing to ensuring that essential goods reached those in need.Currently, I'm at the heart of exciting ICT endeavours as part of the NTS team. My role centres around ICT Support and Project Management, with a particular focus on executing impactful projects. One of my current ventures involves overseeing a comprehensive rollout of updated laptops and new iOS devices to all staff—a project that underscores my commitment to driving technological advancements within the workplace.I thrive on tackling complex challenges, ensuring seamless operations, and making a meaningful impact in every role I undertake.
