CurrentI provide Employee Experience management and development for Kite employees through:- Managing Employee Experience plans, policies, and procedures for all employees- Facilitating, coordinating, and delivering targeted development opportunities and coaching for all employees- Onboarding and orientation of new hires- Participating in recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt employees- Administering employee recognition and performance management programs- Building relationships with colleges and universities to fulfill Kite's commitment to our internship program - Administering systems such as Salesforce, Paycom, and more for applicant tracking, employee access, payroll, performance management, reporting, and benefits.- Coordinating "Kite Cares," Kite's charitable giving committeeAbout Kite Realty Group Trust:Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered in Indianapolis, IN and one of the largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air shopping centers and mixed-use assets.
