With more than two decades of experience in water / wastewater treatment processing and landfill design and construction, I currently serve as the Engineering Director for Burns & McDonnell’s Water division. Since joining the firm in 2015, I’ve been involved with growing our stellar Water team here at Burns & McDonnell and am ALWAYS looking for more individuals to support our exciting projects (message me today if you're interested in joining our Water team!).In my own career, I regularly assist in the design and management of both small and large water/wastewater treatment processing projects, where I’ve applied project management, design, reporting, bidding services, purchasing, construction management and oversight, project schedule coordination, and start-up for a variety of municipal, public, industrial, federal and design-build clients. During my time in the industry, I’ve served as a chemical engineer with advanced design-build experience in water, wastewater treatment processing and landfill projects. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas in chemical engineering with an environmental emphasis, and am an active member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Society of Women Engineers.
