I joined the firm in 1996 and became an Associate in 2002 and Partner in 2005 and am Head of the Employment team. I deal with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and work closely with clients’ senior management, in-house counsel and HR teams offering pro-active advice with a view to improved risk management for their business.Specialties: My team's reputation is based on its ability to provide employers with a practical view of employment issues, not simply the technical legal aspects of employment legislation; we advise on all employee relations issues, drafting of employment documentation, TUPE outsourcing and corporate support and regularly appear in Employment Tribunals across the UK.
