As Founder and Principal Owner, I created this coaching and consulting business to help students and job candidates close the interview performance gap by teaching them the techniques to marry the qualifications and skills listed on their resumes with the ability to communicate their value clearly, concisely, and confidently to a prospective employer. I was recently contracted to screen and recruit candidates for a New York City-based company. This has given me unique insight into the recruitment process which I can pass on to my clients.

I supervised, coached, and trained a staff of 5 (3 ADAs and 2 support staff) in an office that handled thousands of felonies, misdemeanors, and violations. I trained ADAs to interview victims with sensitivity and respect, and I silently guided them during virtual interviews with sexual assault victims. I also provided training on how to interview and prepare witnesses for hearings and trial, and I supported, trained and lectured police departments on sex crimes prosecutions and other legal issues.

As part of prosecuting adult sex crimes from investigation to trial, I had the difficult task of delicately extracting the painful and traumatic details from victims to determine whether to bring charges; I would ultimately use those details to build evidence for criminal prosecutions. I created and delivered educational sessions on sexual assault and teen violence to middle and high school students, and trained police departments on how to handle sexual assault investigations with increased sensitivity. I also educated my peers on how implicit bias could impact the role of a prosecutor.

Assigned to the following Trial Bureaus: Narcotics & Firearms, Career Criminal, Homicide and Sex Crimes as an ADA and thereafter a Senior ADA, I prosecuted felony cases from investigation to trial. This involved conducting hundreds of interviews (in-person and via telephone) with civilian, law enforcement, expert, and cooperating witnesses with the goal of building evidence and preparing for trial. My interviews would often unearth information that would result in investigative leads. I also led victims to the necessary trauma and life-rebuilding services they needed. While in this position I had the opportunity to serve as a coach for a local law school's mock trial team.

While managing thousands of misdemeanors and violations across Northern Westchester, Rye, and Yonkers, I conducted hundreds of law enforcement as well as civilian and expert witness interviews in preparation for court proceedings, including, but not limited to, hearings and trials. To keep children safe and aware, I educated middle and high school students about search and seizure laws as well as drug and alcohol laws.
